How do I start?
Download the app and try Qozy free for 14 days. Luma is ready for you straight away.
Is Qozy therapy?
No. Qozy is support in your daily life. It does not replace a diagnosis or treatment.
Who is Qozy for?
For adults aged 18 and over who want support with stress, worrying, loneliness or a low period.
What language is Qozy in?
The app and Luma are available in Dutch and in English.
Membership and payment
How much does Qozy cost?
A year costs €49.99, which is about €4.17 per month. Per month you pay €9.99. You first try Qozy with a 14-day free trial.
What is included in my membership?
The app with Luma, your journal and short exercises. The community in the app is coming soon. Meetings are free in 2026, also without a membership. You pay separately for a talk with a professional.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Did you pay through our website? Then you cancel in your account. Did you pay through the App Store or Google Play? Then you cancel there. You keep access until the end of your period.
Do I get money back if I stop early?
No. But you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a discount for students?
Yes, students pay half: €4.99 per month or €24.99 per year.
What if I finish my studies?
Then your subscription moves to the regular price. We will let you know before that happens.
Luma
What is Luma?
Luma is our AI coach. Luma listens and thinks along with you, day and night. Luma does not just agree with everything: sometimes Luma asks: is that really true?
Is Luma a real person?
No. Luma is an AI coach and says so too. Do you want to talk to a person? Come to an online meeting, or choose a professional soon.
What language does Luma speak?
In Dutch and in English.
What happens to what I tell Luma?
What you share is yours. We keep it safe and never sell it.
Can Luma help me in a crisis?
No. Luma is not a help service. Are you really not doing well? Then Luma shows you the way to help, such as your GP or 113. In acute danger: 112.
Community and meetings
What is the difference between the community and a meeting?
In the community you chat in the app whenever you want. It is coming soon. A meeting is on a fixed date and time. Online now, and soon also in person.
Do I need to be a member to join a meeting?
No. Everyone is welcome.
How much does a meeting cost?
Nothing in 2026. Joining is free.
Do I have to tell or share something?
No. At a meeting you can also just listen.
From what age can I join?
From 18 years old.
Professionals
Can I book a professional now?
Not yet. Soon you can choose a coach or other professional who suits you, online or in person.
How much does a talk with a professional cost?
You pay for it separately. You see the price beforehand.
What if I do not get along with a professional?
Then you simply choose someone else.
Privacy and safety
What happens to my data?
What you share is yours. We keep it safe and never sell it.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. On the Delete your data page you can read how.
What if I am really not doing well?
Qozy is not a help service. Contact your GP or call 113 (free: 0800-0113), day and night. You can also chat via 113.nl. In acute danger: 112.
Working with Qozy
How much does Qozy cost for organisations?
That depends on the number of people and what you want to offer. We always make a quote that fits you.
Can we as an organisation see what employees or members share?
No, never. You never see who uses Qozy or what anyone shares.
I am a coach or other professional. Can I join?
Yes. In the starting phase your profile is free. You only pay when Qozy brings you a new client.
