How does the gift card work?

Choose 6 or 12 months, enter your email address and pay.
Give the gift card
You get a PDF to print or forward. Or we email it on the day you choose.
Redeem
The recipient enters the code at qozy.app/verzilver and downloads the app.
Ends by itself
After 6 or 12 months, access stops. Nobody is tied to anything.
Already a Qozy member? Your gift comes on top of the access you already have. Cancel your subscription if you don't want to pay twice; we explain how when you redeem.
Who is behind Qozy?
Qozy was founded by Vanessa Bos. Her daughter had a hard time when she moved to Valencia on her own at eighteen. Vanessa saw how important it is that nobody has to face things alone. That is how Qozy started.
Safe and private
You can't see what the recipient does in Qozy. What someone shares stays private. We never sell data. Qozy is not therapy, but support in everyday life.
Do you need help right now?
Qozy is not a crisis service. Luma points you to help when needed.
Frequently asked questions
Isn't there a 14-day free trial?
That's right. With a gift card you give more: six months or a whole year, already paid for, with your message. The recipient doesn't have to sign up for anything.
Can the gift card be sent on a specific day?
Yes. At checkout you choose to give the gift card yourself, or to let us email it to the recipient on a date, for example on a birthday or Christmas Day. You get a copy.
Until when can the gift card be redeemed?
Up to 12 months after purchase. The date is on the gift card.
What happens when it ends?
Access stops by itself. Does the recipient want to continue? Then they choose a subscription themselves.
Who is Qozy for?
For everyone aged 18 and over who could use support with stress, anxiety, loneliness or low mood. Qozy works on iPhone and Android.
Is Qozy therapy?
No. Qozy is support in everyday life. It does not replace a diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a crisis service.
