How the Qozy app works
On your phone or on the website. You only need a few minutes a day. Below you see what you do on each screen.

How to start

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Or start on the website.

Create an account with your email address. Then you try everything free for 14 days.

Answer your first question: how do you feel? Then you get suggestions that suit you.
What you find in the app
The tabs are at the bottom. This is what you do on each screen.
Today
Your day starts on Today
You tap how you feel, from heavy to very good. Want to share more? Choose up to three feelings, what is going on and how much stress you have. Everything is optional. Below that are a few suggestions for you today. After three days you see how your week is going.
Luma
Start a conversation with one tap
Choose a sentence to start with, like "Something is bothering me" or "Help me relax". Or type what is going on yourself. Luma is an AI, not a person. Next time you carry on where you left off.
Exercises
Search by time or theme
Do you have 2 minutes or a bit more? Filter by time, or by stress, anxiety, loneliness or low mood. The shortest are at the top. You find breathing, writing, walking in nature, relaxing before sleep and moving. For example Breathing in four counts, in 2 minutes.
Journal
Your journal fills itself
Every answer to today's question goes into your journal. You can add a few words to your answer, or write a separate note in your journal. On Today, tap your week to open your journal. Or go through your profile. Only you can read it.
Community
Talk whenever you want
Through the Community tab you join the Qozy online community. There you read along or share something yourself, with other members.
On your phone and on the website
You use one account on your phone and on qozy.app. Your journal and your answers are on both. No internet for a moment? Then Qozy saves your answer to today's question. It is sent once you are connected again.
