    These terms apply to all use of the QOZY app, website, and related services.

    QOZY provides tools and coaching for wellbeing, personal growth and mental health, including the AI coach Luma, journaling and exercises. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: QOZY is NOT a medical device, therapy service, or substitute for professional healthcare. The app: • Does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition • Is not intended to replace professional mental health care • Should not be used in crisis or emergency situations If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately. All content is for informational and personal development purposes only.

    3. Use of AI

    The app uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized insights. While we take great care to ensure quality, AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. Users remain fully responsible for any decisions made based on such information.

    4. Accounts, Access and Minimum Age

    To use QOZY, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Minimum age: QOZY is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. When you create an account, you enter your date of birth and declare that you are 18 or older. Providing an incorrect date of birth or a false declaration is a breach of these terms. If we suspect a user is under 18, we may suspend or delete the account immediately.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content within QOZY (including text, images, audio, code, and algorithms) is owned by VANA&Co or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or modify any content without prior written consent.

    6. Liability

    VANA&Co aims to provide a reliable and secure app, but cannot guarantee that all content is complete, accurate or available at all times. Use of QOZY is at your own risk. VANA&Co is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

    7. Changes

    We may update the app or these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available within the app.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
