Start with yourself.
A short daily question, a two-minute exercise or a few lines in your journal.

Why Qozy exists, and what it brings you.

Qozy was founded in 2025 by Vanessa Bos, coach.
My daughter went to Valencia to play hockey and learn Spanish. She had just turned 18. The start was rough: a suitcase that never arrived, a broken tooth, a stolen suitcase and bike. We laughed about that last one.
My mother's heart broke when she told me she was being bullied, completely left out. In the end I was so, so proud of my "little" girl. In that hard time she learned self-compassion and self-love. She learned it alone, and she learned that being alone can feel good too. Being alone does not mean you are lonely. That is a world of difference in feeling. Those were hard lessons, for her and for me as her mother.
That is where the spark for Qozy began.

You tell everyone you're fine. At work, to your friends, at home. And at night your mind won't stop.
We saw this in many people. They perform, they keep going, and inside there is little room left for themselves. They carry stress, they worry or they feel alone, even with people around them. 46.2% of adults feel lonely to some degree. And almost everyone tries to figure it out alone.

We did not want to solve that with another to-do list. Or with another reason to work harder on yourself.
Doing it together is easier. Sometimes a conversation helps. Sometimes someone who says: me too. And sometimes a professional who thinks along with you. For real connection you need other people, not just a screen.
"We joke with each other, we are the burnout generation."
That is why someone from Qozy guides the conversation at every meeting. And that is why Luma does not just agree with you.
Qozy brings together what strengthens each other. You choose what you need.
A short daily question, a two-minute exercise or a few lines in your journal.
Luma always tells you that you are talking to an AI. Luma thinks along with you whenever you're ready. Sometimes Luma asks: is that really true?
At our online meetings, free in 2026. Your first name is enough. And in person, on a walk or over coffee or tea.
We choose our professionals with care. We ask every professional for: a Chamber of Commerce registration, a certificate of good conduct (VOG), insurance, a diploma or certification, and a code of conduct they follow. Not a good match? You choose someone else.
A night when you are not lying awake worrying. Someone to walk with or laugh with.
We are only at the beginning. Qozy grows with people who don't want to do this alone anymore, and you help decide what comes next. There will be more ways to meet, in more places, and more professionals who can help you further. Our goal: that you can say out loud that it was a hard week without it feeling strange.
